Lost property - Senior School

We strongly encourage all parents to ensure that all clothing and property is named.

The lost property protocol is currently being updated.

Thank you for your patience.

  Items of clothing and lost property, including those left in the games areas, the King Room, or the Sports Hall, will be transferred to the Lost Property Office as soon as possible to enable students to visit the central collection point.

There is always an enormous amount of lost property. Anyone who would like to help with this initiative, please contact Brian Simpson on 01234 332578 or email bsimpson@bedmod.co.uk.

NAMED lost property will be returned on a regular basis to the relevant Common Room and distributed.

UNNAMED lost property will be kept in the Lost Property Office for at least three weeks, from where boys and girls can collect it by arrangement with Mr Simpson.

After three weeks, if still unclaimed, the property will be transferred to the Parents' Association Nearly New Clothing Shop where it will be sold or otherwise disposed of (binned), with proceeds of sale going to Parents' Association Funds.

This Policy has been determined by the Headmaster.
